Products used:

Ingredients:

  • Casarecce pasta

For the Camembert sauce:

  • Onion
  • Camembert cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Evaporated milk

For the nut crumble:

  • 50 g mixed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts)
  • 50 g margarine
  • 100 g almond flour
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. First, cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, blend all the crumble ingredients, ensuring the mixture remains coarse with visible pieces of nuts. Set aside.
  3. Next, prepare the cheese sauce by finely chopping the onion and sautéing it in a saucepan with a little oil. Once softened, add the chopped cheese and evaporated milk. Cook over low heat until a smooth sauce is obtained.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked to your liking, transfer it with a slotted spoon into the saucepan with the sauce. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes. Then place it in an oven-safe dish.
  5. Cover the pasta with the reserved crumble and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, using the grill function for the last 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve.
