In this article, we would like to share some of the charitable initiatives we have taken part in during 2025, with the aim of raising awareness, increasing visibility and continuing to build support for these important causes.
Aragón Charity Market – Federico Ozanam Foundation
This charity market, organized by the Federico Ozanam Foundation, is a long-standing initiative with over 38 editions, and all funds raised are allocated to supporting people in situations of vulnerability and social exclusion. We have been collaborating with this initiative for more than 10 years.
Thanks to the generosity of all those who have contributed by purchasing items of all kinds, from food to furniture, the Aragón Charity Market has raised a total of €727,872, demonstrating the real impact that can be achieved when society comes together for a common cause.
4th Christmas Charity Market – Sansueña Alumni Association
Another charitable initiative we participated in this year was the 4th Christmas Charity Market organized by the Sansueña Alumni Association in support of the Hermandad del Refugio. This organization plays a vital role in meeting the basic needs of low-income families.
The market offers a wide variety of items, including food, clothing, books and other products, all at affordable prices so that anyone can contribute to the cause.
9th “Market of Hope” – Ballesol
This charitable initiative, organized by the Ballesol Puerta del Carmen Residence, aims to support the work of ASPANOA, an association that assists children with cancer and their families in Aragón.
This initiative involves the sale of all kinds of items, such as clothing, toys, food, handicrafts and other products, donated by both individuals and socially responsible companies.
Thanks to the commitment and generosity of all participating individuals and organizations, the “Market of Hope” has raised more than €20,800 since its inception in 2014.
Food Bank
Since 1994, Pastas Romero has continuously collaborated with the Zaragoza Food Bank, providing ongoing donations of our products as a reflection of our commitment to people in vulnerable situations.
The Zaragoza Food Bank plays a vital role in society by collecting, storing and distributing food to social organizations and charities that support individuals and families with limited resources. Its work helps meet the basic needs of thousands of people, while combating food waste and promoting fair food distribution.
