Vermicelli with vegetables


  • 400g ROMERO vermicelli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 broccoli
  • ½ Kg beef meat for stew
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt and pepper


Sauté tomato and chopped onion together with garlic and red pepper strips. Add the clean broccoli and diced meat, sauté for a few minutes, add salt and pepper and then add the glass of white wine. Let stand for a few minutes until the wine has evaporated. Cover it with hot water and simmer until the meat is tender. Remove water to taste. Add salt and pepper and add the pasta (1 cup per person), boil for 15 minutes. Finally set aside and serve.
