Twists salad


  • 300g egg twists ROMERO
  • 125g sweet ham
  • 50g stuffed olives
  • 250g peas
  • 4 artichoke hearts
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • oil, salt, parsley, pickles and lemon juice


Cook the pasta in water with salt. When the pasta is "al dente" drain it, run through cold water and set aside in a bowl. Cut the cucumber into slices, add salt, and leave on a plate so it can release water. Add the peas and chopped artichoke hearts to the pasta. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Chop the pickles. Add both ingredients in the salad and mix. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil and season the salad. Finally, add the chopped parsley, sweet ham cut into strips, cucumber slices and sliced olives. Let stand for few minutes in the refrigerator. It is very refreshing.
