Three cheeses twists


  • 400g ROMERO twists
  • 120g grated Manchego cheese
  • 100g curds of goat cheese
  • 100g grated gouda cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml cream, 200 ml White wine cup (1 cup of wine)
  • 3 black pepper grains
  • 2 thyme stalks
  • 1 garlic clove, olive oil, salt and pepper


Boil the pasta in enough boiling water with a tablespoon of salt and a dash of olive oil. To make the sauce crush the garlic together with the pepper grains. Add the thyme, the pepper and the garlic mixture, allowing a couple of minutes over medium heat. Add the cheeses when adding the wine and cream, mixing and stirring. Blend the cheese mixture until a smooth sauce is obtained and reserve. Once the pasta is cooked, put sauce over very low heat. Drain the pasta and add it to the hot sauce. Serve.
