Salad of margherites and yogurt


  • 300g ROMERO three flavour margherite
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • grapes
  • natural yogurt
  • black pepper
  • salt and olive oil


Boil the pasta in a pot with water, salt and olive oil. While cooking the margherites peel and cut the fruit into small cubes. Put them in a bowl where, once the pasta is cooked, we will mix everything, fruits and margherites. Add salt and pepper. In a separate bowl add the natural yogurt whisk and sprinkle it in the bowl with the pasta and the fruit.
