Grooved macaroni with zucchini, bacon and olives


  • 400g ROMERO grooved macaroni
  • 4 small zucchinis or 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 200g cured bacon chopped in dices
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 dried chili
  • 84g black olives
  • 300 ml home made tomato sauce
  • 125 ml dry white wine
  • olive oil and salt


Sauté the diced zucchini without salt and diced cured bacon with a little oil until golden brown and then set aside. Then fry the garlic in the remaining oil over medium heat, add the chili in pieces, black olives and fried tomato sauce. Allow a minute and add a glass of white wine, stir well with a wooden spoon and let reduce. In a different pan boil macaroni with a touch of salt and oil until "al dente". Drain well the pasta when cooked and add to the pan. Mix well until completely soaked. Finally add the bacon and zucchini mix well and serve.
