Fusilloni with bacon and mushrooms


  • 400g of fusilloni ROMERO
  • 150g chopped bacon
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable margarine (15g) and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (15 ml)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • chopped parsley and pepper


In a saucepan melt margarine and then add olive oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden. Then add the bacon and sliced mushrooms. When cooked add the cream and sprinkle with cheese and pepper to taste. Toss until the ingredients are blended. Meanwhile cook the pasta until "al dente" cooking is reached and place it in a bowl then add the sauce. Finally garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
