Bow-ties with smoked salmon

  • 400g ROMERO bow-ties
  • 150g of margarine
  • 150g thin stripes of smoked salmon
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic, half a chili, chopped parsley and salt


In a small pan melt the margarine and minced garlic until gold. Add the salmon and fry quickly for one minute, add the chili finely chopped. Boil the bow-ties in salted water. Rinse, and pour into a preheated pan and add salmon. Sprinkle chopped parsley. Finally season with a touch of margarine that adds juiciness and flavour.
